WILDE – AN APARTHOTEL THAT RISES ABOVE THE TERM ‘APARTHOTELS’


Founded in 2004, Staycity grew from one apartment in Dublin to 30+ aparthotels across Europe, split between the original brand and its newer sister, Wilde. We refreshed Staycity’s identity and created a completely new visual and vocal world for Wilde around the positioning of apartment freedoms, hotel comforts.

Inspired by Oscar Wilde’s wit and pursuit of beauty, the identity encourages guests to see each city through a different lens—finding joy in small, unexpected details. The logo pairs the elegant serif Mediaan with a hand-drawn tittle, acting as a viewfinder or cartouche at smaller sizes.

With a tone full of dry wit, hand-drawn marks, sharp copy and playful illustration, the brand channels the spirit of a modern aesthete.

To launch, we created a manifesto film, capturing key phrases in real-world settings—from postcards to graffiti. It reached 14 million views in the first month, mostly on YouTube and TikTok.
